Highly non reliable. The moment you start asking about services from them, they would try to dissuade. They promise to give loaylty bonuses and Health Check up and talks about no TPA’s present in their claim settlement. It is absolutely false. Try caution approaching them.
Also, when you ll ask for health check(they ll never pro actively ask you to avail that facility), they would give list of hospitals which are either never heard of or not reputed.
there is a concept of FREE LOOK PERIOD in the policy, wherein case you can cancel within 15 days if you do not like certain terms and conditions, but they try to evade that also.
They are just interested in getting the premium and not interested in paying you back in normal times(loyalty/health checks) or tough times(Claims settlement). Hence Beware and think and take opinion from the others before opting their policies. Best of luck!
