I take my father’s policy last year then for renewal I make payment of primium through credit card. In month of Oct my mother was admitted due to dangue fever. So I claim for it. Then his guy come for inquiry and verification. Then I send all original bill and renewal policy and all other supported documents. They rejected my claim due to fake reson that in his record no policy issued and so claim rejected. Never waste your money in this company
