I normally dont write reviews but Maxbupa made me write one.
I will share the experience one by one:
1) First of all the Maxbupa agent took 5k extra from us, and to get that money refunded it took 3 months. The agent named Tanuja singh, said she has done MBA but such a dumb person who doesnt know even to add numbers properly.
2) Mother was hospitalized so I raised for the claim, they rejected the claim saying that my mom had diabetes since last 5 years and we didn’t mention it. The fact was the agents didn’t add that details purposely. they said nothing will happen. They just wanted to get the insurance approved.
3) My wife was pregnant, they said pregnancy is not covered but any ailment during pregnancy is covered. There was a threatened abortion, so my wife was hospitalized and they managed to avoid abortion, but Maxbupa again didn’t approve the claim saying that pregnancy is not covered.
4) The person named Roopesh Agarwal, sucks big time. Till the time the policy was approved he was good later to get the status of the claims he doesn’t even pick the calls.
I would suggest dont buy any insurance instead keep the same money in the bank, that will help you in a better way.
Never go for Maxbupa insurance. The good reviews mentioned on this forum is fake guys.
