Without reason increase in premium time of renewal

My name is Harjit Singh, I am the policy holder. From last two year my policy no is 30184412201401 heart beat silver family floater but this year without an reason they increased my premium.


I feel cheated because when i paid two year premium already when i am going cross the 4 year exculsion time they say that due to cost rise medical expenses so we are increasing and when i spoke to their customer care they say instead of this policy you take health companion policy.


What is this he says its premium is low when i already paid huge premium than this is not my criteria and my relatives are in oriental insurance but instead of this i opt for max bupa coz i feel they serve me better than these government companies.


But i feel let down by this all people already told me that private companies are taking there customers like one comes in one comes out no tension of customer there are many fools.


Around and my grace period is going on but now i am in a fix which company to opt for and no senior company personal try to resolve my problem on customer care executive give me a suggestion for policy


Change to health companion what is this by paying a premium of around Rs 16000 this kind of service you are giving to your customer i am deeply hurt i am a fan of private companies but i have to think on this again.
