Bad experience during my first claim

My claim id is 51560 and I sent hospitalization claim on 5SEP2013. Till date all customer care are giving different version of claim process. Secondly I was told during the time of taking the policy that within 15 days I will come to know the status whether my claim is accepted or rejected but till date there is no clue. Third party verification and in house verification have been done and still there is no definite resolution.


My brother had ICICI Lombard policy and Apollo Munich medi-claim policy and we had very good experience. Max Bupa you charge a lot of money compare to other insurance policies but you do not give better service to customers. How many emails I have sent to customer care till date no response, I do not wish to write all this things here but people like me who just buy policy on tall claims made by the company advt should be cautious and should verify other peoples experiences and pain in claim process before jumping on buying the policy.
