Maxbupa is not at all a Genuine Company

I am a having health insurance policy from maxbupa since last three years. I am having family floter policy.Five months before when my wife is admitted in hospital for some miner operation. I was sure that as I am having an Maxbupa policy they will take care of for this operation, but when I submitted my claim with all their requirements.


They stared demanding additional information. I also provided all the information they required but they are not settling my claim even after lapse of five months. My claim no. is 444012. Now I am start thinking that Maxbupa is a fraud Company.
