Niva Bupa Health Insurance

I got signed up to MAX Bupa this month. I see some of the IRDA rules are not followed. Though they are good I am little concerned if they are real. Things like:

1. No Medical test for joinees who age is less than 60

   
   




2. Inclusion of all illness from the policy effective date(Pregnency Not included)

   
   




3. No Hospital room rent difference which is not seen in any other policy

   
   




4. Little higher premium compared to all other policies

   
   




5. Complete reimbursemtn of money including Dispovan, Bandages, Etc.

   
   

Can someone add to this if this policy is comparatively better?
