Well there was this day somewhere in April 2011 when I decided to buy a health insurance policy for me and my wife.
So I took to internet and started researching reviews on the net for health insurance. One unlucky day I found about
Max bupa health insurance. I compared it with other health insurance. I was confused between Apollo DVK and Max bupa.
Finally talking to customtakeouter service agents I decided to go for Max bupa even though it was costlier. I thought that
As usual costly things are good in the long run as they say Mehnga roye ek baar aur sasta roye baar baar.
But I was totally mistaken. I am residing in Palwal distt. of haryana. it is next to Faridabad which comes in NCR. I issued the cheque on 7/6/2011 and a person came to my residence to collect it within 24 hrs and I thought I will receive the policy soon. But I was wrong the guy from sales told me that by mistake he had calculated the premium wrong and asked me to make the balance payment which I made thru NEFT on 30/6/2011.
Earlier before issuing the cheque they used to contact me everyday but after that I was at their mercy. I had to call almost everyday to their customtakeouter care to find about the policies. They kept telling me that their was some delay in the finance deptt. and other excuses after that I called some senior executive and after that within 24 hrs I was messaged my two policy nos. but till date I have not received my policies. I call them up evry 4-5 days to ask the progress. They tell me that they sent the policies by bluedart and dtdc twice and it was returned back.I asked them hows that possible and why dont you send the policies again and how come they were able to find my address immediately to receive the cheque and to provide the policy they are not even able to find my address. I dont know what to do. I have called customtakeouter care three time. Each time they reconfirm my address and tell me the same things that they sent policies and they were returnrd back and they tell me that they even try to call me but my no. is not reachable. I became really angry and frustrated. I told them earlier also at the same no. they used to call me 4-5 times in a day to convince me to take the policy and now I only have to call to enquire about my policy.
They gave me customtakeouter ref no. 73974. and told me that this time they will sent the policy by speed post. Even after so many problems in making the payment I was not feeling bad but now I just dont know what to do? The contact no.of none of their senior exececutives or managers or ceo or coo is available on the wesite. I am really in a fix.
