I was admitted@ saifee hospital in the month of june suffering from acute attack of renal colic. It was a very painful situation still had to wait for d clearance as customer care numbers were busy and when they picked d phone, customer care executive hardly had any knowledge n his system was down. AFTER facing all the headaches I finally got admitted.Thnks 2 gd doctors I was cured. Despite producing all the specified documents only 50% of my expenses were recovered n reason for rest was not specified. Still till date m mailing them reminders but no response frm their side. Very disappointing mAnasultangement
