Further to my initial review please find below the email received from max bupa customtakeouter care regarding my complaint. please note the date sent by me and the reply date. Further they mention that they were unable to contact me even though, I have still been getting calls from max bupa tele marketers to buy a insurance policy and also from their head office to renew my existing policy.

Comments:Hi, It is almost one year since I took max bhupa health insurance for my family. today is the first time I got a call from max bhupa team asking me if I am willing to renew it at the same premium as last year. These are my points a) When I took the policy I was told that if there was no claim then I will get a 10% discount next year, now you say I will get some bull s hit points not 10% discount. you guys are going against what you have stated during the initial policy pitch.I will take this to the ombudsman. 2) In the last one year I have got atleast 200 calls from various unknown people representing max bhupa and asking me whether I am interested in taking a health insurance cover. the minimum you could have done is give the number list to your telemarketers stating these are existing customtakeouters, don t call them. Even a person with a pea head brain will think of doing this. Seriously your company is in such a mess that you don’t care about existing customtakeouters and interested only in gettting first time customtakeouters. I have not made a single claim after taking your policy which means I am a profitable customtakeouter to you even then you f ucked up by irritating me constantly with these telemarketing calls and further by telling me there was no such policy at your company about giving discounts . If there was no such policy then don’t tell your customtakeouters when they are signing for the first time that such a one exists.just to inform, your telemarketing guys are still saying this. Normally I would not have taken time to write this lengthy email, I would have simply taken by business somewhere else. The reason I am doing this is I am an investor in MAXINDIA and kind of liked your company as a shareholder so far. don’t f uck up this company by doing wrong things.
The below text is my initial review of max bupa health insurance
I usually don’t write any reviews but I am so much pissed with Max bhupa that I made it a personal mission to write everywhere on the net possible to and make sure that other people don’t fall into the same trap as me.
My max bupa policy number is 30042289201100
This company is only interested in collecting premiums. While taking the insurance I was told many things and first thing they told me was that they were not like other health insurance companies, that is true atleast other companies try to make you feel that they care about you but this company write after taking insurance premium they outright tell you that they don’t care about you.
Another thing is in the last one year I have taken the policy I got atleast 150 plus calls from max bhupa company asking whether I am interested in taking health insurance, these idiots don’t even know that I already have a health insurance with the same company.
At the same time not even once did I get a call from the company regarding my existing insurance policy.they don’t just care.
Now the renewal time has come and during the time the insurance policy was taken I was told that I will get a 10% discount on no claim during the period. Now I am being told that such a policy never existed with them and that I was duped by their employees and the people who have spoken to him are equally rude saying I was told wrong and that I should have asked for it in the writing.
second I complained about the continuous harrasment of calls from max bupa but even after that I have been getting those calls.
please do not take any insurance from max bupa. If you still feel like taking insurance please give me a call, I will do my best to dissuade you.
Also, convey this to everybody you know that they should not take insurance from max bupa.
