I have made an online payment towards a Heartbeat Family Floater Gold from Maxbuppa on 30th of June. The events that happened after that really shocked me. I waited for my policy document to come from them. After waiting for 15 days, I called at their customtakeouter care about the status of my application and was shocked to find out that they have no clue about the ID have given them which is 810000004953. After 10 minutes of checking with other persons the operator told me that we have received a payment from you and I have written a mail to the concerned person to look into the matter and she asked me to call next day.
I called again on 17th and was told that a medical has been scheduled for you on 16th of July. This was when I was calling them on 17th. I reminded them that today is 17th and how a medical can be scheduled on 16th. She said somebody will call me. I told her that I wanted to withdraw my application. She told me it cant be done over phone and I have to write a mail for that. Today I have written a mail to that effect and hope I get my money back. I cant get the time I have lost with them but hopefully they will be ethical enough to return my money immediately.

If somebody seeks my opinion I will tell them not to consider maxbuppa in the first place- they are running a sham in the name of Health Insurance.
