I booked the house deep cleaning of a vacant flat. Guys reached at around 2:30 PM and took the OTP after the service is started in App, they went for lunch break and came around 3:15 PM and then started cleaning the Kitchen shelfs. Cylinder marks were not cleaned properly on tiles. Then they started cleaning the floors/bathroom tiles - Scrubbed with Machine. All the corners were not properly cleaned. They didnt cleaned the bathroom wall tiles, when mentioned to clean they didnt bother to clean.
They wrapped all of a sudden when asking to complete the work, they are resistant to work.
There is no direct NoBroker customer care of the personal to support.
NoBroker works on Sublease program
Same happed with Packers & Movers of NoBroker. They left 13 bags saying they will not fit in the vehicle and gave suggestion to book porker services - buggers.
When offered to pay for the rest to take - they didnt bothered. so finally didnt pay the amount commited. then NoBroker personal called asking for details.
Packers guys told that NoBroker will take 25% commision and give the work to other local vendors. This is completely nonsence.
I opted to bring down my refregirator via rope pulling, where the guys didnt cared and finally I have to dismantle doors of the fridge to get it down via staire case.
They didnt brought the luggage wrapper or bubble wraper.
Nonsense people - they bug all the time before booking - post that they dont bother.
post the work done, they will ask for feedback and when told about my experience they mention that they cant refund and they cant provide warranty support. then whats the point in calling and asking for service.
Had Worst experience - Its better to go with local vendors by speaking to couple in the near by areas.
