I booked a 21 ft truck/ 1070 cft at the rate of 59500. At the time of pick up, my elderly parents were at home. They sent a 14ftX7ftX8ft/ 784cft truck and told my parents that it can fit in a load of a 21ft truck. They also told my parents that they would need a second truck to fit in our household stuff and charged additional 15000. They second truck was 9ftX6ftX5ft/ 270 cft. Cumulative, they quoted 58000 for 1070 cft, and forcibly charged 73000 for 1054 cft. This is a fraud company. Don’t be tricked by their low quotation like me. Beware of Nobroker.
There movement manager Priyanka just fled when we were discussing this discrepancy with her and never took the my call no matter how many times I called Nobroker. They left us to deal with the transport guys and we were forced to pay they higher value only to get our stuff back.
