Sorry "no broker" for writing this review. But no sorry. I have came across few incidents where "no broker" verified tenants created problems. One of them is not even paid the rent for 3 months and not vacating the flat either. One more incidence is, saler of the property turned around after commitment on price and payment schedules. Then buyer had to run after broker for urgently buying a new flat. I will definitely suggest "no broker" to please please please verify the customers in deep sense. People have started to going back to the brokers now.
One thing, however, must be admitted that no brokers are quick in shifting and making agreements. That’s why I’m giving 2 stars. Best of luck "no broker" for future.
