Opted for No broker Packers and Movers.
It is really very very dissapointing . Never go with No broker service for Packers and movers.
No broker team promises a Relationship Manager (Mr. Khafil) and Movement Manager (Ms.Sulthana) and other fancy terms. Team also follows up with you until you make 10% advance payment for same. Post that you will not find them anywhere in the scene. This is where the No Broker team ends the service. They’t even call you on the day of the movement to check if the movers and Packers have arrived or not.
They share you some third party Movers and Packers phone number. No broker takes 10% from You and 10% from Movers and Packers. They get the commission whether or not the movement is done safely or not.
Ironically they name the company as No broker, while they are the brokers. You to pay the remainder amount(In Cash) directly to movers at the time of delivery.
No broker team doesn’t resolve any issues during movement or any damage related issues. 3rd party Packers did not even have the skills to pack and move stuff in a safe manner. Got scratches and dents all over my electronic appliances.
Best is to go skip the middle man (No Broker) anddirectly go for a reputed movers and Packers.
