Worst support/service

I tried reaching this guys, chat support(Shreeya, Tanvi) said they will arrange a call back, its been 72 hr no response. Tried calling, it says I am in the queue someone will answer but after 5 mins the call get disconnected.


Very pathetic and lousy service.
