This site is quite useless. They initially do not help your property to get leads or exposure as they want you to sign up for one of their paid plans. If you don’t sign up, after several weeks you will start getting some leads or phone calls.
Even if you do not sign up for their plans, their executives call you to check if your property is available before they refer it to other people. So signing up for their plans is total waste of money.
I got much better response and leads from other property rental websites.
This website bombards you everyday with several SMS and phone calls. Very very annoying how they keep calling you and keep sending you messages. In reality they are of little help in helping you to find tenants.
