Nobroker.in relocation service has been a lifetime regret. The person who came to survey was clearly shown the items to be moved which meant disassembling at the source and reassembling at the destination. The shiting personnel came even without the basic tools and demanded money from me even to buy spanners and screw drivers at 7:30 AM on a Sunday. The guys arrived even without a copy of the inventory. The person who gave the quotation said that not a single penny has to be paid as tips but the labourers demanded a fat tip. They did not even have the source and destination addresses. After the items were collected at the source e, there was absolutely no traceability of the consignment. The delivery date committed was in two days but the consignment never came on the delivery date to the destination in Hyderabad and upon calling the staff of Nobroker.in were clueless. Everytime I called, I was put on long hold until the call timed out or until I cut the call after 15 to 20 minutes of wait. The consignment came two days late and fortunately nothing was damaged. Disassembly at the origin and reassembly at the destination were included in the quote. The delivery team in Hyderabad only fit half of the screws in a cot and left the others on a window pane saying "Ho Gaya Sahab". It was my mother’s cot a d would ha e posed serious risk of injury to her at the age of 74 years if she had slept on if before I noticed the half done work.
