Please Please dont use Nobrokers or take any of their services as they are cheater and money eaters
I had taken a postpaid plan to sell my property. the plan was with 90 days’ time till 70days no buyer was finalized. I got the buyer from other source and had confirmed, the same I informed the nobrokers when the relationship manager called me. Meanwhile they also had a buyer who was ready to pay the advance for the quoted amount and they were enforcing me to take this buyer only for consideration and finalize the deal.
They told I had to inform immediately after I have confirmed to other person even a gap of few hours is not acceptable, and they were literally threating me to pay the plan charge of Rs.59, 000 else they will take legal action,
As per the condition I had to pay the service amount only if I had backed out after agreeing with the buyer mutually in call with relationship manager, which I had not done.
The Relationship manager and her manager was very rude and unprofessional they literally told they will tag a legal case to my property and doesn’t allow the property to get sold.
They have taken all the property document as part of this plan service, and they are using it to cheat people. Please be careful don’t get into this trap ever.
They are even worse than any real estate agents
