These guys doesn’t deserve to get reviews. Worst sales team mouth full of lies. Guys!!! If u just want a house you can try the basic plan. If you have a specific requirement and you see only few properties better go to that locality broker instead of wasting tome to these idiots. I took relax plan actually it s a irritating plan. Sales person Gunjur Mishra told me she can see lot of properties of my requirement and once I took the plan I can also get those and get facing filter on top of that the relation manager RM is a locality expert and he can shares properties apart from nobroker listing as well, but once I took plan no extra filter and RM work is just search props in nobroker app and forward to us without verification. I went to one such property no security left not working and flat is in 5th floor. I took pics and posted to him over whatsapp. We are not your labour’s. Before even getting a property packers and movers call and ask us to book as the offer is only 1 hour validity morons outside you get better deal approx 3k lesser. After I raised these issues and knew more sales guy sai promised me they can downgrade to basic plan after deducting contacts I have taken but he cut the call and other sales lady asked me whether he can arrange another RM as they don’t have enough properties listed so thay asked me to check for independent houses or other facing, idiots I didn’t pay for that. Later one genuine sales lady Rakshita confirmed me no such option for degrade.its pure CHEATing. My advise is never ever take relax or refund plan and loose your money. RM work is same as yours he doesn’t know anything. If u find very less props based on your requirement don’t think of taking any plan. If u just want house take basic plan.thats it. Biggest scammers.
