I have done my shifting during covid-19, 5 days back and I feel like they dont concern about the safety n precaution. it was told to me all the electronic items will disinfected before and after service but I can not see any sanitizer with the resource they provided. if you ask with the labour they told that they have sanitizer n gloves but every time they were telling they have n they will use later but they didnt. They didnt have proper tool kit to uninstall the DTH which comes in their package, but unfortunately they didnt have proper tool for that.On asking for this vendor told normal un-installation they do.Normal I dont understand. Antenna has to remove in any case but they did fail.Finally I have to pay 250 bucks separately to DTH service and next day that happened.
as per commitment super visor had to come but all are labours and also I have to do the communication throughout the day.Relocation is only calling in the start of the process for communicating that your shifting will start at bla bla time.
Apart from that I had taken AC un- installation service on extra cost, electrician came very late and in hurry he remove the AC. while loading they have damage the copper pipe.while asking labours were saying "Aisa hi tha ye electrician has do this n also suggesting you can not use this further".Very causal approach to handle the delegate things. On asking for precaution n packing that pipe why they didnt pack this, they were suggesting no "it will go like this only" as they are owner.
Worst things was that while loading labours had spitted on the staircase with Gutkha n khainee etc that I was seen while leaving from source and while asking they told" pahle se tha" its easily identified whether it Old stain or new. .once relocation done no one called me from no broker for asking and payment request so the remaining amount have to paid to vendor so he was like "unloading ho raha hai payment kar do" like I will escape form there. While talking to the vendor manager who was on phone he was like " labours are like that aapka ho gaya to payment karo" bla bla.
I have communicated this to No broker on the very next day they told they will escalate to the team and I really wanted to see what they will do in this case but again they failed. Now its 2 days and I didnt get any call from there regarding this. So the bottom line is this they are only concern about the percentage they want after that dont care.So better you people search for some local vendor for shifting it will save your 2K to 2.5 K at least.rest up to you.
