Hello, I recently purchased Nokia 6670 phone and after a week of testing and checking it i’ll say its a good okay phone for Rs. 13000. First of all let me tell you about how I got it. I was checking out 7610 and then I went to a show where dealer was too frank. he gave me a choice of 4 phones i.e: 7610, 6670, 6600 and LG Car Phone. He said these are the best phones available as of today due to their cool stability and not getting damaged. I asked for 3220 and he said its the most bakwaas phone ...he said he has 4 pieces with him and if I want it I can have it but he does not recommends it. So I had now option of 4 phones. My dad and sister was with me and and I asked my dad he rejected 6600 as it was too common now a days and also rejected LG as we did’nt knew much about it. So I was left with 7610 and 6670. Now 6670 ws Rs. 1000 cheaper than 7610 and the dealer was Genuine Nokia Dealer and he told me that 6670 is the best buy today as there’s only body difference in 6670 and 7610 and i’ll be shelling out Rs. 1000 extra just for that. He also told me that 6670 has a feature which only comes in Communicator and is not available in 7610. And also said that 6670 has a better standby/talk time than 7610. So my dad and me agreed for 6670 and my sis was still stuck with 7610 lol. Anyways I got a 64 MB card, Headphone, Data cable packed by Nokia and a free leather case from dealer for the phone. Now as soon as I got the phone I started looking for apps and stuff on net for it and I was amazed that I was able to get anything fo it from the net for FREE. From antiviruses to themes, ring tones etc which tells that this phone is a world phone and not just made for India. Now a bit about features and stuff..: Camera is too good. As my uncle had an accident and he asked me to take the pics of the spot and I thought they would’nt be too clear but they came out too good. Apps & Stuff: If you install too much junk which you don’t really require then phone starts slowing up but it has never hanged for me. I think its just the way people operate the phone. It got all the stuff a phone includes. The worst thing I found about this phone that it did’nt had Auto Keypad Lock feature which is quite embarrassing for Nokia. But anyways I just did a search on google and found a lot of apps for that and installed one which is working pretty fine. I won’t go in details which each app does etc. So in the end it supports MP3, Themes, Audio/Video Recording, Bluetooth, USB, Basic stuff like Calendar, Calculator etc. Symbian 7.0 is installed. I got 2 games by default i.e: Snake and some card game. You can view Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PDF files. E-Mail, SMS, MMS etc. are all supported. My phone fell down 2-3 times and nothing happened. Phew. GPRS is activated and works fine. So i’d say its a good phone and a value for money. If you go for this phone then take Silver colour for a better resale value. I got this phone for exactly: Rs. 12750.00 Hope that was enough.
