hi, same thing happened to me when I was on Vodafone. I shifted to Tata Docomo and never got any problem till now. I have been with them since 2011. They are so true to the core. No false billing and customer support is excellent.

@rahulavachat No company gives test drive in night, spefically Ford. The bad service is with all dealerships I have tried 2 and both are same. He has mentioned everything correctly. I would like to update that after doing 30000 kms and 3 services etc. I have felt the vehicle is STILL giving me mileage which varies from 17 kmpl to 20 kmpl and I am satisfied with the Vehicle (ONLY). @nipunsyal I have also upgraded to same size and it works like a charm. I totally agree with youm Vechile is good but service and staff is not good at all hence that makes the vehicle bad also. Hi, Recently I went to Vaishno Devi in my Figo BTW i have also ZXi Diesel and have done around 30000+ kms. I only like the mileage of the car and nothing else. Hi, I have ZXi and I have done 30000+ KMs. I am getting 19+ mileage and thats the only reason I am keeping this car. Rest the car is a disaster due to their service dealers and stupid terms and conditions which they did'nt disclose at the time of selling the car. Anyways good luck.

Very nice review. I would like to clarify on some points: 1. DTE is accurate. Its real time meaning it is always calculating. So its accurate. 2. There is no turbo lag in Figo. ;-) 3. Hi ajaykupadhyay, The petrol is feature wise same as diesel but I have sometimes felt that its a bit sluggish when there are 5 passengers with AC on, hence more gear shifting will be required.
