I had purchased a Nokia 7210 from a reputed dealer called Global Access in bangalore (domlur). Iwas initially very thrilled as I had made this purchase unplanned. Before I could get used to the phone within 4 days a problem came up.
The mic was not workign and the callers whould not be able to hear anything. I returned the product to global access (Since it was a new) and requested them to replace it. They said they would follow up with Nokia and try to get this replaced or reapired.
The phone was with Global access for a month and they returned it saying it was working fine. But the same problem continued When I sent the mobile to the Nokia authorised service centre (SInce I did not want to deal with global access they were just making no attempt to do anything and just fooling around) I was not surprised to note that the mobile had never been to the service centre. I have now got another 10 day wait ahead before the mobile s back from the service centre. Global access has said that they only sell the product for issues with the phone go to service centre.
