I feel that Foodworld should just close that store instead of wasting space. The store is dirty most of the times, items are not fresh, products like bread curd etc are arranged in a way where the older dated products are kept in the front. I completely agree. I have tried other stores and this one just takes the cake. The billing is fast and accurate, personnel are alert and helpful, the products are fresh, the place is CLEAN (some of the store are just filthy ) how can one think of buying food products !!.

I have shopped on India plaza and have had similar experience. The frontline customer support staff has no idea they are talking to customers who are already agitated and there have been times when they ask you to call back because their system is down.
