I actually went to buy a E71 but ended up buying E72. I just bought this phone over 15 days ago and I must say this is way too fast and better than E71. The phone’s interface is fast with visual effect and the phone does’nt hangs.
I have installed several apps and games and loaded the additional 8GB memory card with songs and what not. The phone stays fast and works amazingly. The phone has all sorts of connecitivty like Quad Band GSM, BlueTooth, Edge, 3G etc.
The sound reception is good and display is crystal. This is my first e series phone thats why I like the dedicated keys very much. I had(still have) N95-8GB and I use the calendar and alarms etc. very much and due to that the dedicated keys are very useful.
The blinking light feature around the navigation key is very great. It keeps me notified if there is something that needs my attention etc. The optical touch key is a great idea and works amazingly without any flaws.
Rest nokia has their standard stuff in their which works as well as anything. I the main thing which made me buy this phone was the 5 MP pixel camera. But I am sad to see that the camera is not upto the mark at all. The images when transfered to PC the pics are not clear and they are pixelated which was very disappointing.
The volumeof the phone is okay and its auidble enough. The phone text reading feature is very cool:) it reads my sms why bother my eyes haha! Anyways my conclusion about this phone is that if you are not a camera freak then the phone is not upto the mark but for rest of the tasks and other thing this is the best they have in e-series.
