Olacabs is a fraud company that charges more for every trip , I took outstation trip I was shown5850/- while I was charged 8000/- when I complain to ola I get pathetic response !! ola says why did u accept when clearly it mentioned fare can change as per ola wants !! what the heck who has provided ola license to cheat?? why govt cant regulate these cab providers? worst part when I booked local trip I was abused by goon driver for not telling him drop location!! I compained to ola but they did nothing, drivers can cancel customers will pay cancellation, why drivers are not charged for cancellation?? ola has a bug in the app which overcharge every trip , if u know the fare in the beginning n check there is 20-30 difference everytime , many customers don’t notice , if u complain to ola they will give u useless coupon which can never be useful!! hard earned money in to ola pockets by hook or crook!!!ola has hired goons n made them drivers what u expect when u try to make online payment , they threaten to hit u or harass u , if u are not local u end up paying twice to avoid nuisance!! ola has made it a habit just bcos it’s Indian don’t support ola , its service is pathetic and needs to be dealt with strictly !! no ola support or emergency support they are on vacation on most of the times!!!
