I ordered Men’s shoe from Kaunsa.com and paid thru visa card Rs.435 on 30.8.12.The product was
supposed to be delivered by 9.9.12, but never came.They replied to my e-mail saying the merchant has assured to ship the product in two days and now a month has gone by.
My humble request to those who deal with this portal, please AVOID.Their helpline will never respond and they have a policy not to respond to e-mails if one has a complaint.This has to be thru a system
they all Ticket!
