MMS Problems and Worst Customer Care

I am a BPL Mobile subscriber (Luckily). And have subscribed for MMS and GPRS. Now when my Orange friend tries to send me MMS, I receive it perfectly on my phone. But when I try to send him MMS, he cannot receive it. I complaing to BPL regarding this and as told that network was OK from BPL side but Orange did not let any MMS coming from outside thier network. So an Orange subscriber will get only a link to website and not MMS on hisd phone. So I tried to call Orange regarding his. I dial 56641111 (Their customer care) and am asked to wait for 15 mins. So I hang up and call after 11 pm. Damn it!! the same thing. Next whole day I get same message ’’ Your call is important to us. Please hold the line. All our customer care executives are busy attending other calls. We will answer you in next 15 mins!!!’’ Do they expect ppl to hold receiver for 15 mins and waste Rs. 5 for local call just to launch a complain against them ? So I tried mailing them from their website but no reply till now. I really feel lucky to be a BPL Mobile subscriber.


Really Orange sucks.
