Worst experience ever. Its been four days since I have couriered an important doc from Bangalore Koromangala BDA complex and still the online tracking shows me the following message: "AWB No 1304479315( Delivery information not found.Tracked AWBNo. is more than 45 days old.)". Really disgusting.
The deadline to receive the document is just a day away and I have now clue where the courier is lost.
