I bought Panasonic NV GS 57 after seeing many reviews and opinions. I was little confused about the camera because panasonic is doing well compare to Sony. Handycamera from Sony are more popular than panasonic. I did research on net on both and on the competetive model from Sony.
I spent more than a month in research, then I decided to buy Panasonic NV GS 57, I dont want to go for the higher model because this is my first camcorder and it has good features which makes this camera more closer to medium high end camera’s.
Powerful 30x optical zoom
Its optical zoom is amazing, but only thing is that if I want to shoot long didtance scene then I have to use tripod, otherwise handshake effect can disturb the shooting.
Handy Joystick
This feature is lovely that I like most. it has a Joystick which u can contol with right hand thumb. So you control all the operation with one hand, even changeing the options from menu or changing the recording mode.
Compact Size
It is very compact in size which is another handyness feature.
