I had purchased Indica in 2004, and as per the process payed each and every EMI. It got cleared in Aug-2008.
After 1 month of that I got a letter from Pandit auto(tathavde) saying my 1 EMI is missed and I have to pay that. When recalled them said if u already payed leave it as it was just for sake of sending. Then again 2 months after that got another call and they said to pay 17, 000 as due amount due to 1 EMI missed.
When I went to office and talked to concerned person he said to pay or I will not get NOC. I said I havent got any intimation from your side about such due and P.S. this EMI was missed in 2004 and they called me now and said to pay the due and EMI (17000). This is rediculous as If ur 1 EMI is missed and after 4 yrs u get a call saying about such hell things then who is going to pay this mess. Its fully their mistaked as they didnt notified me about such due in next month of that and calling me now and saying.
Also when cross checked with all reciepts I had for 45 months they even didnt had some entries int their computer. And this prooved that It wasnt my fault but theirs. I am going to Grahak Manch or Consumer court and going to file a case against them. Please give some advice as to which legal advisor would be helpfull to solve this. Thanks.
