Worse customer support, its 2nd case

EDIT: its updated complaint as I again got a problem with aishwaryasingh23TM.


From months I am shopping with aishwaryasingh23TM and no problem happened but in July 2015 I encountered a problem and it proved how terrible their customer support is.


I ordered a trimmer "Kemei KM 2599" on 5th July 2015, received a different model which is of very low quality and price on 8th July. Filed complaint and initiated refund/replacement request on 8th July. Waited 5 days as per their mail to handover item to courier partner.


No one came to pick the item so I sent another mail to notify about my case. This time  they raised totally different issue. They said I have got product with different color and can close my case after taking Rs.30. This was very surprising how their support team deals with end users. It proves they don’t even read customer’s mails!.


I raised complaint to their level 2 service. That is servicehead@aishwaryasingh23tm.com. Got mail to wait for 72hrs for solution and again nothing happened. Then I mailed to level 3. i.e. grievanceofficer@aishwaryasingh23tm.com. Nothing happened again. They have made various email IDs which actually doesn’t work!. This is how their customer service including grievance system works!

I read a lot about aishwaryasingh23TM that big businesses are funding them. I am amazed that after so much of funding a company delivers such service. Its a shame actually. And insult of funding.
