They blocked my account for no reason. I just wanted to close the account. instead of closing and returning the money I had in the account they just blocked it. now when I request them to release the block, they want me to give them a list of sms I received from them and details of my transactions. since they have blocked access I have no way of knowing the details of the transactions. so I am getting the royal runaround.
