I have got an email from Pantel that your T-pad delivery is ready so I made payment on June 08 -2012. I am suppose to get the product within 96 hours i.e. June 22. I have been following up with customer care but they are so irresponsible that every time they ask me to wait for 2 more days. They have given the following reasons of delay:
1) The product is under testing:As per my email the "product is ready for delivery(email tag line)", then why it is in development. Does Pental make product once payment is confirmed?
2) PNB bank got fire, because of it, there is pending queue.
3) Shortage of product: I dont understand it, how they can have shortage when I get an email "Your T-Pad delivery is ready.
They are so unprofessional that, they were chit chatting while answering to my calls. When I ask to connect to senior today (June-29-2012), he told to another executive " abe baat karle ye senior se baat karna chata hai" . At least they should use mute button. So unprofessional.
I am really disappointed by making advance payment to them, Now, I can guess the quality of product as well.If the pre sale service is worst, then dont expect any service post sale. It is going to be worst product.
On June 29-2012, I spoke to Aarish (represented as floor supervisor) and he commited to me that on Monday he can provide the dispatch detail and the product will be delivered by first week of July i.e. July 07.
On Monday i.e. July 02-2012, I called again as I dont recieve any email. The executive again told me to wait for 3 days. When I reminded about Aarish promise and ask her to connect me to Aarish, I have not been connected to him.
Today (July-02-2012) another supervisor came on line, his name is Sanjay and he didnt told me anything because he wants to speak to Aarish first. He promise to call be back within one hours i.e. by 1:07 PM. He called me saying that he doesnt have dispatch detail but product will be delivered. What is the benefit itll be delivered in a year.
Please dont order any product from Pental.

Pantel has delivered the faulty product in hurry, it is not working. They didn’t send invoice so I cannot take it to service centre also. The BSNL SIM is not delivered yet, the big surprise is that you have to purchase dongle in addition for your T-pad to browse sim. What a stupid deal, Pantel is giving t-pad and bsnl sim without dongle. It is waste so Suggest you not to buy.
