I had ordered juicer mixer grinder on 6th May and delivery was scheduled on 16th May but until now 22nd May, I am waiting for its arrival. I have called the customer care numerous times and they keep promising that will be delivered next day but not sure when will I receive it.
This is the 2nd time I had ordered this product within a gap of 10 days.Delivery in case of first order was also delayed but I thought this was just one of a case.
When I received the product I was really shocked to see that it did not even start and cap of one of the jars was broken. What kind of quality control processes PepperFry team has put in place? So I returned the product and ordered it second time and still waiting for its delivery.
It is only because of best price available online that I had ordered it again.
Really bad experience.
