Bought 2 cushion covers from pepperfry. Brand name’Rang desi’. Got the product quite fast but quality of the product is not good. Looks quite cheap. Contacted customer care & mentioned the same to them, after asking me umpteen questions, imagine my surprise when they said it cannot be exchanged for such a reason! Apparently you can only exchange if the product is damaged. This is a ridiculous policy. Obviously customer satisfaction is not a factor with them, as any other website would have gladly exchanged the product & that too without asking so many questions. Terrible customer service, off handed and not very interested in resolving the issue.
