Pepperfry.com disappointed me a big time. I registered with this site and got a coupon. I ordered a CASIO wrist watch on 18th January 2013 (order no. 100478713) and got an e-mail on 22nd January that my watch has been dispatched. I was given 8 working days for the delivery. But it didn’t get delivered as promised. I inquired about it with Pepperfry customer care on 9th February. They said the watch has been delivered on 23rd January.
I got shocked and felt cheated as I didn’t get the watch and they said DTDC has confirmed the delivery. I asked them to resolve this problem as I wanted to gift this watch as Valentine gift to my beloved. They demanded time till Wednesday morning to investigate.
Today when I called the customer care they said they need more time. I’m pissed off with their carelessness and unreliable service. These people can’t resolve a problem with their courier guys within 4 days. They have ruined my valentine gift idea. They have ruined my Valentine Day. Now I don’t want the watch.
All I want is to get my money refunded ASAP. If they’ll refund my money without any issue then may be I’ll get to believe that it was not a fraud case. But for the time being I’m pissed off and I have lost my trust on this site. I would prefer to shop without discount from a market rather than getting my hard earned money stuck with this unreliable site.
