My bank confirmed there were 2 successful transactions(debits)..Anyway how would you explain your pathetic behavior with me? They are irresponsible..They misplace your things..they can't find things after misplacing them..they can't explain how things gone wrong..they can't do anything..they are useless!! Please use local mail service rather than using their services.

Yeah it sucks a big time..I ordered an expensive CASIO wrist watch from Pepperfry.com. This site hired DTDC to deliver my watch. DTDC lost my wrist watch and put a fake delivery status. Every time I called DTDC office I've been told a new story..a new lie..no one actually helped to resolve this issu read more...

I would also like to give a suggestion to DTDC that they should hire reliable and honest staff as its matter of their reputation. Do not let your reputation being spoiled by your carelessness and fraud of your staff specially the courier guys. WAKE UP!!

I would like to suggest Pepperfry that they shouldn't take their customers for granted. They must confirm (through e-mail, phone call or feedback) that THE CUSTOMER HAS ACTUALLY GOT THE PRODUCT after getting delivery confirmation from the courier service. I GOT MY REFUND..but not from Pepperfry.But from the courier service i.e. DTDC. It was DTDC that is responsible for the missing product and fake delivery status. DTDC did not clear the whole picture to me as how the product got lost and how they set the delivery status as 'DELIVERED'. But I'm 110% s read more...

thanks to read and comment guys..Today customer care has assured me that they'll resolve this issue completely till coming Monday..Hope I'll finally get out of this mental tension on Monday..I have already wasted so much of my time, effort, money and talk time on this frustrating incident.
