I placed an order in Pepperfry - Order number 300671976 which has never been delivered.
After waiting for long, when I checked online found that it has been marked as order cancelled and refunded. I neither received an intimation call nor an email.
After calling the customer care, got a very rude communication instead of apology. It seems they didn’t have stock and hence the order has been cancelled after 1.5 weeks of placing the order.
My money has also not been refunded and they have conveyed that the refund may take 10-15 days to reflect in my account.
When asked about why I didn’t receive any intimation through call or email, the customer care just conveyed that we "MAY" have tried calling you and couldn’t reach you.
Worst of all, the customer care agent dropped the call, when I pushed hard.Worst experience ever, won’t recommend at all.
