I see most of you guys have very bad experience with Popular bajaj. Here I’m using koramangala 6th block service station since last 5 years and would like to give my experience.
Pros:-
1) The staff(especially two lean representatives) is really good and understands what exactly has to be done.
2) I’ve discover 125 dtsi and did all the services there itself in last 5 years - the overall service experience is very good so far without any hurdle.
3) Many times I’ve small problems in the bike like clutch wire broken, chain repair, head light not working, some screw gone then they do free of cost only. No service charge.only charge for the spareparts
4) The representative sits on the reception(lady) explained me the(new scheme) whole year service contract(555 INR for 3 paid service instead paying 360 Rs for 1 service) and reminds for the bike service every 3/4 months.
Cons:-
1) Not really but sometimes they take more time then the commited in service.
Folks, I really don’t know why most of u have not so good experience may be you are going over the weekends.just tryout going on weekday and see.
