Protinex:
Protinex is an energy powder which helps to balance your protein requirements. This really has a high content in proteins.It contains 32g in 100g of product which is quite good. They are also high in vitamins and minerals. Protinex brand is since 50 years.
Flavours:
It comes in 4 flavours normal, vanilla, chocolate elaichi. I have tried vanilla and chocolate flavour. The chocolate one is quite bitter in taste so lots of sugar is to be added if the bitter taste bothers you. Vanilla one is quite good and blant in taste but do not bother much.
Weigh gaining:
I used this powder for about a month( the whole tin ended) , and experienced gain in weight of about 2 kg. I was quite surprised to see this as my weight do not usually leap up with this big difference.
Packaging:
The old proteinx usually came in tin box which was airtight, but a problem with that was that first time I opened it I got hurt so be careful the foil over the tin is very sharp. The new packaging came in plastic jar which I dont think is quite good.
