Bollywood excels in triangles...and cant think of other things etc etc. In this case, I wonder what was the film truly about. Whether it was about patriotism, romance, vengeance what?
Here we have Anil Kapoor as a patriotic officer ( what else), who has a childhood friend Madhhuri( who actually is in love with him - woh to hona hi tha). But alas Anil has eyes for Namrata. la dee da. WEll it is pretty fine except for madhuri who for vengeance sells defence secrets, which are accesible oh so easily haha ( but maybe so considering the bangaru laxman fiasco). And she has the gall to tell him, that she did it cause she loved him etc. So what happens, this honest soldier of love..oops war is suspended. He loses his lady love ( a the fickleness of love in Hindi movies - just to make way for the leading lady ..in this case Madhuri..who later on obviously will do something decent for the country).
And we have danny raving and ranting as other desh drohi villains etc. All in all, if this review sounds confusing, it just shows you the state of my mind on being subjected to this torturous movie..aargh
Even A.R. Rehmans music didnt soothe me, and that is saying a lot.
