People who are lining up for buying good apts, verify the details before you venture. This should definitely open their eyes. They seems to have opened a customer support wing with the most ridiculous name considering the situation - Purva cares. People believe it is an eye wash to save their face in wake of so many unfavorable incidents with customers. Now that their rates are going south ward, this should be a good news for the devastated customers.
