I shifted from Hyderabad to Pune and requested for re-installation. This is with in one year of the purchase. As this was re-installation Pure It charge for it which is fine however I requested the re-installation on 11-11-2014 and today is 19-11-2014, I am still waiting for their technician to call me for installation. I called on customer care regularly in the morning and in the evening to check the status and the status is updated only 4 times which I know is false as I have called them and I have the recordings of the calls.
Today when I called the customer care was so rude that he said either our technician will call you or why dont you call them yourself if you need it so urgently which is very rude as everybody needs water. I dont think the customer care person stay without water. And also when I asked him to transfer the call to his superior he said she will not be helpful. I have the customer care name and recording for the same. I am spending my money on purchasing water as well as I will spend for installation which I dont know when will be completed. Every time I call the customer care say s/he is sending the request on priority. and I will receive a priority code which I received only 4 times.
They also said that if I am happy please provide this code to the representative who will visit which is really funny; I mean who on the earth will provide the satisfaction code for such a service. Also the spares are expensive. The RO membrane was hardly used still it showed needs change after 6 months of use and its cost is really high Rs. 3, 725/-. Do not buy this product. I am using this as I have already purchased it and will not recommend to anybody. Also, not even one star for service and support however need to give at least one to submit the review.
