Average Product but after sales needs improvement

I have changed my earlier review as rigorous follow up happened from Pureit side after my complain and escalation. They responded well. I think if they improve the after sales service  product is worth buy.


You can wait for TV to get repaired but not water purifier. That’s the difference and that`s the reason customer has very high expectation and in need to have very good service.
