I never understand why there are so many negative opinions about this product on net. I stay in Pune. A year back when I was planning to buy this, before buying I thought to have a look at its reviews on internet. At many review websites, this product has lot of complaints by reviewers. So I had almost dumped the idea of buying it.
However, few days later coincidentally I went to a dentist nearby. I saw PureIt in her hospital and I asked her about it. She said its good one and she absolutely never faced any problem with it. She was using it for a year or so. Then I asked few more persons who actually were using it. They all mentioned its good product and they never faced any problem. That encouraged me to call PureIt helpline. The day I called, they came same day and given me demo. I paid them and bought it.
Now its a year I am using it without any single trouble. Further, when its battery was low, I called helpline and the service was so prompt that service advisor given me options in batteries and on the next day itself PureIt guy was in my home with battery and kit. He cleaned the unit replaced battery and kit and it was all perfect!
Most of the time, reviewers come to internet only when they face troubles with products. They just wanted to pour down their anger and frustration somewhere. But very few will come and write reviews if they are happy with products. I would say it’s human nature.
So I advice to the one who seeking for net reviews before buying ANY product. Do not take your decision to buy/not buy any product based on internet reviews. Sure you consider these reviews, but best thing is ask someone who is using the product.
