This is the best example of a good product with worst/pathetic customer service in India. I bought this product when it was launched and every time I needed service I had to call 5-6 times and wait for at least 10 days. But these days they just provide complaint number but no service. I have been waiting for their Service engineer for last 1 month but still no body turned up. Every time they just close the complaint without even attending or visiting my place.
I would recommend every one not to buy this product. Their main motto is to sell the product not providing after sale service. They don’t care for their customers.
