It didn't happen like this. I just got a call from Airtel Mumbai Head-office (as I had already given them my number) and I paid thrugh credit card on IVR and they gave me the transaction ID. Later on, when engineer came for installation, he gave me my customer ID. Their IVR system is instant and car read more...
