Ratan Ka Rishta - like all other Swayamvars - so fake and scripted. Every scene, every music, every sequence, every person’s every expression, every move is preplanned. If ultimately Ratan does marry one of the contestants, its preplanned - if not, that’s also preplanned.
I wonder how the prospective brides were chosen - was there an audition? Why don’t they serialize and show the audition also? I doubt that there was any selection procedure. These actors were chosen and they get money for the acting.
